This is a late review, but last month I needed help with my bill payment, and she went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. I was staying up in North County before I moved and went out of my way to go back to this storage unit!! They’re very helpful and the storage unit is at a reasonable price, The manager goes out of her way to open the exit door manually by hand while it has been broken down! I clean my storage unit out before I had to make my next payment and I forgot to tell them and they charged me and I called him up asking if it was possible to get a refund then they gave me my refund instantly overall a great experience and would recommend To everyone!!!

We have been long time tenants of a storage unit and recently put in our notice to move out and Colletta has made that process easy and less stressful. Making sure we were well taken care of care of. Colletta went above her job to ensure we were walking away happy and I a doing just that. We would definitely recommend!
