I went to ur facility looking for a certain size of unit Lavonne showed me the availability of the units she had and walked me through the process of renting and insurance she was wonderful very knowledgeable. The place was nice and clean on every floor well kept .I will definitely be getting ahold of her soon to rent a unit. Thanks Lavonne

A zero would be more appropriate but not an option. I rented a 10x10 less than 2 years ago and after 2 months my rent went from $76-$106. From there it went to $158 and now $209. My initial rent was not a promotional rate either. I did complain when they gouged me and raised it to $158 and they lowered it to $139 but they just raised it to $209 and said there will likely be 2 increases per year. My local store initially told me they did not have a corporate office. I found it eventually and the corporate office said I would have to discuss with the local office. They also try to keep you from leaving a review, telling me I had to speak to the branch to get a link to leave a review. Very shady company that is not honest enough to give you a fair rate and let you decide if you want to move in. They lure you in with a competitive rate, only to jack it up 33%-50% twice a year. You are much better off donating whatever you store there and buying it new when you actually need it. There are facebook pages dedicated to all their shady practices and I would be willing to bet, if they allow you to review them freely without jumping through a bunch of hoops, they would have a terrible review score. I did see comments on the Facebook page that other storage companies do not have the same practices but I cannot confirm. I would steer clear of extra space storage. I will be filing with the BBB and the state as well to prevent others from falling victim to these shady practices.

Tim: I happily give 5 stars. He's very helpful and with great care and thought keeps the facility immaculate. 5++. Extra Space the company: 2 stars. I moved into a 5x20 unit in 2023 and after 6 months at the locked-in rate, the monthly fee has sharply increased again and again. It has now reached $181/month, prompting me to move my belongings elsewhere for storage. Had the rate increased less frequently, or less sharply, I would have stayed at Extra Space for a few more years.

We have been storage unit hunting and stopped here on a Saturday to get more information and see a unit. Tim was extremely helpful, answered all of our questions, was very thorough, and was willing to show us different units to find the right size. In terms of their climate controlled options, we were very pleased and felt our items would be safe. The location is clean and not super busy.
