Their units are not secure. Someone opened up a unit adjacent to mine, unscrewed the panels and helped themselves to my unit. They said they didn’t get any camera footage of it happening so either they are lazy and didn’t look into it or their cameras don’t work. They acted like this hadn’t happened before but the cops told me that it was the 2nd time they had been out in a week. Mega Storage fast to respond when I was interested, slow to respond when I got robbed. They also have several units that flood. But don’t worry those are still available for rent. STAY AWAY!
