Jeff ReedWas in the tornado of April 26, 2024. People at MyStorage were great. Gave us a discount and were very kind. Apparently the units were sold to lock box. Rates were raised and terms changed. The new manager, Jason Zuck is a jerk to deal with.
Jana McLeaneyThis company bought out the previous owner. They changed the hours of access and sent out a lease 8 pages even, to rent a storage facility month to month. I am currently unable To gain access to the facility because the gate is acting wonky and can not find any contact information aside from the phone listed on the website search page picks up and no one talks. So I can’t get ahold of the management. Or storage team to get access to my unit. But they sure did Find ways to make you. Pay even more with tons of rules and restricted access hours to your own belongings. I’d give them zero stars if possible. Highly Do. Not recommend
