In a world that seems few things go smoothly these days Mr Adam the fella that keeps operating running like a swiss watch at the extra space storage and I'm telling you first hand this place they couldn't even get the name correct they call it pitman when reality spells it out load and clear that it's an arm pit . Mr Adam works hard to make this a better place and best of all he does it with a smile and a positive outlook very rare indeed you will understand the second you cross his path. Great work Mr Adam

Worse customer service! I owed $274 (for 3 months) and $160 of it was fees, tried to figure out a way and ask extra days to pay because I had sentimental valuables in there and they did not work with me at all. They sold my things to an absolute stranger instead of letting me pay and like I said more was from late fees a $120 recoupment fee and late fee of $40 but the storage was only $34 a month which they increased after two months of me being there. I would not recommend anyone here. Karla and Patrick were very nice but Bruce and Todd are rude and don’t help and deter you from asking for help because their attitudes.

Great storage place. Easy in and out access. Responsive and communicative staff as well. Would recommend for short term rentals only because it is outdoors and the wind does carry dust and dirt into the units. Other than that, I would say overall it’s definitely worth the price.
