Drew at CubeSmart is the definition of exceptional customer service!! I came in ready to completely close out my storage because I was paying $321 a month and felt overwhelmed. Instead of just processing a move-out, Drew took the time to suggest downsizing and it saved me a SIGNIFICANT amount of money. I’m now paying dramatically less while I finish selling my items, which took so much pressure off. He made the entire transfer seamless, let me borrow tape measures and cleaning tools, and even referred me to a junk removal service. That level of care and initiative is rare.
