When I was first looking for a space to rent I met Michelle the manager. What an amazing personable person she is. She was explaining to me all the different types of storage units and what they are usually rented for. This was my first time renting a unit so I was uneducated on what I really needed for what I had to store. The location is very clean and you can tell always up kept to stay organized and clean. The prices she gave me were reasonable and right in line with other storage units. I liked Michelle’s location on Sunset and Jones after she explained to me the easy on and off access from the highway. Plus she mentioned it was conveniently located almost in the middle between NW and SW Las Vegas.NW Summerlin and Centenial Hills then SW Green Valley and Henderson. For my business that was perfect to be centrally located. It was so easy and simple speaking with her that my decision to rent the company was the right one. She made it easy to do all the paper work and get started explaining everything. I feel very confident on my decision and Michelle being there as the Manager. Thank you Michelle for helping out my business and I look forward to renting my spaces from you for a long time and would recommend any one looking for a location to stop by and visit Michelle. The gate broke and trapped us inside. It was after office hours (but still during operation hours), and no store manager was reachable. The corporate chat bot lied and said we would be able to reach a store manager about the issue. We were able to leave through a smaller gate on foot, but our car was trapped inside for 2 days. We incurred cost having to ride share to work during this time. When we returned during business hours, the store manager did not seem apologetic nor offered any kind of service, discount for inconvenience, nothing. They didn't even return our missed calls/voicemails we left when we were stuck inside. We filed a complaint through corporate. They said they would look into issue and call us back within 24-48 hours. They did not lol We attempt to retrieve some things from storage a few weeks later, and the gate is broken again? still? So if you want a company that holds your car hostage for 2 days, making you incur additional expenses, without apologizing, this is the storage provider for you!
