The staff is friendly and they try to accommodate your needs. I was in a crunch of a situation and needed to have my vehicle in storage. It was last minute and Denise was awesome she found a enclosed parking space unit for me. I love the security they have and it makes me feel a sense of safety. It's an easy location as well. They also have access 7 days a week 6am- 10pm even holidays. Perfect for those stowing vehicles. It's a month to month as well. So with those who have a commitment issues this is the spot for you.

I’m honestly not the type to write reviews, but I had to for Brice at Extra Storage. I did my homework and checked out over 10 different storage places in the area, and Brice is easily the best of the bunch. He’s one of a kind. He was incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through every little detail so I knew exactly what I was getting into. He’s super professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful he stuck with me and made sure everything was sorted from start to finish. Overall easy and excellent experience. Denise is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, kind, caring, and extremely helpful. The only negative is the rate can only be locked in for 6 months, it should be longer. I am a returning customer and had to pay the administrative fee of $29.00 again even though all of my information is in the system. The fee should be waived for returning customers if nothing has changed.

Very helpful staff! I believe it was Denise that helped me. I really appreciate your patience with getting me set up after closing hours although I was very resistant to the 6 month agreement lol but it definitely made sense.
