⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Phenomenal Service by Abria + Clean, Safe Storage! I want to give a huge shoutout to Abria at Indigo Self Storage because her service was truly exceptional. From the very first time my husband and I came to inquire, she stood out immediately. She was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and incredibly thorough in explaining everything. What impressed us most was that she even took the time to help us visit a sister storage location so we could view other unit sizes — and she did it with enthusiasm, not obligation. Even when we didn’t get a unit that day, we came back later and she treated us with the same kindness and care as if it were our first time. That’s rare. Abria genuinely goes above and beyond, and you can feel that she cares about the customers she serves. Her attitude alone made us confident in choosing this storage facility. She is a true asset to this business. I also want to acknowledge Alexis, who was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful as well. She created a positive and supportive environment, and we appreciated her hospitality too and from beginning to end was definitely one of the best storages experiences I’ve encounter and I have always used Stroage throughout my life . On top of the amazing staff, the facility itself is spotless — clean, new, fresh-smelling, secure, and well lit. It feels safe, has great surveillance, and even small touches like mints, pens, and sanitizer at sign-up make the experience feel thoughtful and professional. We’re so glad we switched storages. The units are spacious, the customer service is top-tier, and we plan to stay long-term. Highly recommend Indigo Self Storage — especially if you get the privilege of being assisted by Abria. 💙🔐

My move-in experience was wonderful. The facility is very new and clean! They even serve coffee in the lobby! Abria, the manager went out of her way to ensure that my move-in went well. She is very kind and clearly understands the challenges of moving. Thank you to Abria for her incredible service.

The only reason I am giving Indigo 5 stars,is because I could not give them 6. Best storage facility. Best rates. I have a 5'x5' storage in my small home town. I am charged more than double by that facility compared to the 10'x12' unit at Indigo. This placed should be at full capacity at all times. If you have a current unit elsewhere, move it to Indigo.

This facility is so clean has great lighting. The price is much better than the last storage facility I was using. This place unlike the last always has an employee on site to help with any questions or concerns. Abreast and Alexis were both so helpful with questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.
