I have to say, it was a very pleasant experience, from the beginning to the end🙂!! I got online with Cube Smart & they were very helpful with helping me to decide, what size of unit I would need. I mentioned that I had a disability & couldn't walk very well & they made sure I got an inside, first floor unit & it was also a/c cooled. I was impressed, because in all my years I had never even heard of such a thing🫢!! I reserved the unit for free online & that held the rate I seen for that particular unit. I got back online a little while later, after talking to my husband about the storage unit, & finalized the rental transaction. I received a call back from Customer Service a little while later, thanking me & just making sure that, I indeed made this transaction myself & asking if I had any questions for them. A nice young man named Aaron, who was very nice, answered my questions. He went over my lease with me & told me if I needed help with anything, to please call him or another co-worker, who was named Carlos, & they'd be happy to help me. I got off the phone feeling relaxed & unstressed & there were no worries, on my end. The next day, my family & I moved from another state to Las Vegas. Our first stop was, of course, Cube Smart, so we could unload our belongings, in our rented unit. I went into the office to sign a paper & both young men, Aaron & Carlos, were in the office & I got to meet them in person. They were very polite & mannerly. They helped us get to our unit & explained all aspects of the self storage building & our personal unit itself. Cube Smart is an efficiently run business with reasonable prices, very clean units, & the best customer service ever👍☺️!!! I GIVE THEM A (5) STAR REVIEW⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!

Very clean, accessible and convenient. Carlos was extremely helpful and friendly. Made my experience very comfortable and easy. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a storage unit. They will also give you a tour if needed to make sure you feel comfortable with the size you select for your unit.

Really easy online rental process, only took a few minutes. Didn’t have to go in the office or anything, instructions were emailed including all info. Pricing is great as well and unit is climate controlled, a must in this desert heat! Later on, once I arrived back at the facility to start loading items into my storage I was greeted by a very friendly staff member and it made me feel safe that they were paying attention and personally greeting a new face on property. Everything is very clean and nice, I have no doubt my belongings will be safe and secure here for the coming months.

Carlos went way above and beyond to answer questions and give helpful advice about moving and all things related to storage. His knowledge and experience working in storage facilities is extensive. I've never seen customer service that was as thorough and professional as what he provided. I feel much safer about using this facility than any other I have ever used. You cannot buy that type of peace of mind.
