Donna does an excellent job with her customer service responsibilities at this location I had an issue with the locking mechanism on my storage unit and she had the service woman fix it that day. When my rental fee went up as it always does, Donna was able to drastically reduce the increase. She's very helpful and courteous.

I really like Prime storage in Bedford New Hampshire. My old storage unit company the prices kept changing every few months and this place keeps it nice and consistent. Also the Staffing there is extremely helpful and always keeping me informed about any changes. When I had an issue with my insurance Donna explained everything with great detail on how to update it with my company.

This place is definitely lacking the front desk woman when presented with an issue or a customer service problem refused to answer the phone so I was sent to the central location and when he transferred me back to Bedford, she would just let it go to voicemail. She canceled my membership Before the month was up, the gentleman helping me on the phone couldn’t even find my booking. Overall wildly disappointed it is also down the street next to a strip club in a seedy Area of Bedford beware of this place you’re better off going to U-Haul.
