This location has plenty of parking, well lit, Very clean hallways and units; Wanda-Jo covers all the bases here and goes out of her way with customer service. She made it seamless to transfer units and even walked the property to show off available units to rent. Overall this was an excellent experience and continues to be a great location to feel safe and satisfied storing my belongings! Thank you and keep up the great work.

He was extremely helpful in discussing my options and very patient with my many questions. He did not rush me at all - even though it was nearing the end of his shift - and was very kind. I have two storage spaces. One in Hampton Falls and one in Santa Rosa Beach Florida. I was trying to contact the manager of the Santa Rosa Beach facility and your electronic routing system kept sending me to "Jim" at the Hampton Falls facility. Just wanted to say that Jim went the extra mile to assist me in getting touch with the right place, going out of his way to help.
