I recently called Stor-Ur-Self in Newbury to inquire about storage options. Although I didn't end up renting a unit this time, I felt compelled to leave a review because of the excellent customer service. The gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the various unit sizes they offer and clearly knew his stuff. It’s rare to find such helpful service just over the phone. If I need storage in the future, this will be my first call.

Stor-U-Self is convenient, clean and super easy to use. I paid for a few months of storage while moving and the ability to swing by to unload or pick up stuff was a lifesaver. Highly recommend Stor-U-Self.

I always felt secure keeping some of my most treasured things there. My unit was temperature controlled and the facility was bright, clean and well managed. The manager was always available and responsive, and even when I lost my keys once, they were there to help me access my things without delay. I am very satisfied with my experience with Stor-U-Self, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I ever need extra storage space in the future!

Fair price, Dan was quick, friendly, and helpful. Had a unit here for a few years and never had a problem. Got a second one recently. With my intent to downsize in mind he gave me a unit that would make it easy to move the stuff over to a smaller one when I am ready. Moving stuff stinks, so I really appreciate that consideration!
