The reason I gave this location and business a one star review is because I have been renting since 2024 and my rate has gone up, even though on their website it has a lesser price up to $30-$40 cheaper than what they are charging me and when I asked why is mine higher even when online prices are quoted less than what I’m being charged for the same unit. That the rentals are never a guaranteed price that they could go up at any time. They say because due to the amount of rentals when there’s not a lot being rented , they charge everybody else more. And when I asked if they could do a discount since I’ve been with them for a while and have paid on time, she said that there’s no guarantee and it’s up to management even though the person I was talking to was management.
