They have been very understanding and supportive and respectful to me and my family and to the ones who I know who have and still rent a unit from them. New, clean, slick, app secure entry, security cameras, nice people. I absolutely recommend. The free pick up vehicle and movers offered once is also appreciated. Jonah and Connor who moved us in, came on time, (offered an earlier slot in fact) took great care of items and walls and were very polite.

Today, I set up a storage unit with the exemplary help of Michael at the Hooksett location. I got the smallest unit possible but I was treated like a VIP customer with such care and accommodation. Moving is so stressful, but this just made my day. I can’t thank him enough for going the extra mile! The facility is spotless and undeniably well-managed. The process is easy and streamlined and a very detailed and helpful tour is given. The customer service is just incredible! I spoke to two other locations and those folks were delightful as well, and I’m sorry I don’t have their names. I love to see a business where the employees are so happy and willing to help, means the world! Highly recommend!!
