I have been renting a unit for about 5 years now and Sam is 5 star excellent at her job. The facility and Office are always clean and smell good, the units are in great condition. No water or snow leaks, no vermin, no garbage anywhere. Safe and secure and very conveniently located right off Hooksett rd. Reasonable prices too!

We needed a storage unit with easy access for a large cross country semi to be able to navigate in order to deliver our load. We needed to be able to access it on a Saturday or Sunday with not much advance in the time of day. We also needed a large unit 10X20. Store it Now/Hooksett had it and two efficient and capable women to take care of us. We also needed a backup unit available nearby in case our truck load didn't fit. They had that as well. They couldn't have been more accommodating. Thank you Store it Now/Hooksett!!

I would definately recommend this facility for your storage needs. It is very well lit and fenced in, and you can not get in unless you have an access code. There are cameras all around to monitor the comings and goings of patrons. The office is open 6 days a week and Samantha the office manager , is very friendly and knowledgeable. If you need to store extra things, this is the place to go!

I been at this storage for I believe for 6 months or more an I love it. It's so nice an clean an the Security on the door is great an that you know your stuff will be safe an sound. 😀 The staff there is so nice an I never had a problem storing my stuff there
