Great location. 24/7 access is awesome. Had a problem with my lock when i first got my unit and the issue was solved extremely quickly over the phone.

This place took over stopnstore it. We didn't get any notice and demanded money for the remainder of August even if your due date was say the 14th. They wanted money for every day from the 12th to the 31st. Don't allow you to even review or sign a new lease before they automatically put you on a lease no signature required. Called the number and no one picked up on hold for over 20 mins twice and just gave up. They have no respect for anyone that was already there. Want to charge a monthly technology fee! For a service you can't opt out of. Force you to use an online portal. Do not rent from this place. Do not believe any positive reviews about staff at the Pembroke nh location, went there 3 different occasions and no staff were on the premises. Office was empty. Website says open til 6pm

Do NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. They took over stop n Store it where I was a customer for over 10 years. I got a letter saying I have an automatic lease. I have no idea what they are charging me. I've been to the office 3 times to pay my bill and no one is there. It looks like a ghost town. I've called numerous times and waited hours. I've even pressed one for their callback which I never received. I talked to one person who put me on hold and told me there had to be someone in the office, he must of just stepped out. I waited over an hr as he came on and off the line stating they were still trying to locate a team member. I haven't paid my bill for September because I don't use a card and there are no humans there. I don't do ROBOTS. ALSO IM TOLD, we must buy our own insurance for our unit or they will charge us for theirs. I'm moving my things as soon as I can!!!
