This is by far one of the finest storage facility's around. From the minute lee called me about my interest to. Me getting to the storage unit. Same night might I add. Lee was excellent with communication. And leading the way. He has this place set up so u really don't even have to lift anything. And with in feet of the door he has not 1 but like 5 to 6 wagons and carts for people to use to bring your belongings to your unit. Place is extremely clean. And the bathroom was outstanding with cleanness. I'm very thankful to of heard him say. " just call me or text me if u get stuck. And I'll help" from my experiences in the past. Lee has recruited me forever to be a customer. Excellent customer satisfaction lee!!!!!!

Amazing storage facility with an even better manager. Lee is fantastically helpful and knowledgeable. Building’s climate control is just as advertised. Security is great with a camera at the door watching who enter and leaves. Facility even has a hydraulic lift to manage the stairs with ease. Metal and Dollys are readily available and plentiful. There is a bay door that Lee will open for you upon request for those big awkward pieces. We recently moved and the bay door was perfect for the piano beds and furniture. It is also open super late for those last minute trips. Storage bins and spacious and covered. Far enough off the beaten path to not be trying to back up a trailer on a main throughway but close enough to 28 to be convenient. 10/10 all around

Lee and his wife are super nice. Caring and courtious. The storage rooms are inside of a temperature controlled environment. Usually really quiet. They have a dumb waiter for carts to bring them upstairs. Lot of variety of carts and a uboat. And a really great bin with springs so you can bring a lot of stuff at once to your unit. Sometimes they have pens with No Worry Storage printed on them and the pens write amazing. And have a stylus at the other end.

Look no further; this is your place. The place owned by very kind hard working couple. Super solid owner and very good guy and his temperature-friendly units and rates were better THAN ANY COLD STORAGE IN CONCORD AREA and his are heated!! No hidden fees. The place is immaculate and very well kept. days later I'm still so happy about the experience. Cheers !

The owner of this place and his wife are really nice. The units are inside it's climate controlled. They have a dumbwaiter for furniture if your room is upstairs. They have carts to carry your stuff inside. It's amazing
