Great place to store things. Very helpful customer service as well. They want a 10 day notice to check out of a unit, but took a 4 day notice on one of my units without a problem and did not get charged. I highly recommend Antrim Storage. 😎

This storage facility was pretty good until they were bought by All Purpose Storage. I've had multiple units for more than five years and I have to say the new ownership is abysmal. They do not respond to inquiries or maintenance requests and have increased the rates four times in six months. There are only a handful of exterior lights at the facility and the gates do not work. I've had issues with water ingress in one of my units that were never addressed or even responded to. Additionally, after requesting one of my units be discontinued, before the end of the month, I was charged for it anyway and then told that they changed policies such that I need to go take a picture of the empty unit and text it to them before they will address the overcharge. I would absolutely not recommend dealing with them if you can avoid it.
