Great storage place. Friendly and helpful staff. I had 2 units on the first floor 10’x30’, held all my belongings from my home. I had my entire house from my move in there. It was clean and warm when it needed to be and cool when it was hot. Never worried about bugs or rodents. When you walk in you can smell the cleanness. The driveways are great, big and enough room for all.

Gary Blevins at the rte 33 Neptune facility was nothing short of professional, efficient, kind, and very helpful in helping me find the right size unit as as well as showing me the unit prior to making a decision. He did a great job showing me around the facility so that I know that it’s the right one for me. The place is clean well maintained with a spacious loading dock, area and clean hallways and units. I highly recommend this facility And very pleased with my experience here today.

Gary was absolutely great. He was very pleasant, and thoroughly explained everything concerning the rental, including showing me the coded entrances, and where my movers can unload the truck. He's great person to work with, and also makes the process a great experience! The facility is very clean and gives me a confidence that the things I am storing are secure and in good hands.

On 1/6/26 I went to Extra Space to inquire about my reserved unit. I was met by Jill. She was very professional, patient and explained all information required. She showed me the unit, explained how the code worked for the gate and access to the elevator. Also said if I ever have questions to please call them. I was extremely please and rented this unit. Very clean, enough carts and easy access to the building.
