I’ve been using this Public Storage facility for a few years, and I’ve consistently had a great experience. Leah, the manager, is outstanding. She is always helpful in offering guidance when I’ve needed assistance with my unit, and her attention to detail and responsiveness truly stand out. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and cares about providing excellent service. Highly recommend this location!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Dexter at Public Storage is truly AMAZING. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly patient, kind, and so knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through every option, making sure I found the perfect storage unit that fit exactly what I needed. What really stood out was how he consistently went above and beyond—answering every question, double-checking details, and making the whole process stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, but Dexter does exactly that every single time. Public Storage is lucky to have him, and I’m beyond grateful for the experience he gave me! Highly recommend asking for Dexter! 🙌

I started renting a 10x10 unit in 2023 and was paying $126. Over time, I downsized to a 5x10 unit and was paying about $75 monthly. Since then, I had a price increase to $95 and another one recently up to $125. So, I have half the space of my original unit but am paying the same. I asked for a price reduction but was declined, So I told them I would start looking for another location. Nothing was done to keep me. I still had half a month left when I moved out but was told I could not get a credit. Otherwise, the location was quite good-clean and easy to navigate. Only operational issue was limited parking and not enough carts. But it is way too expensive and management was not cooperative.

Leah has always been super helpful when navigating the facility - good customer service and decent pricing. Friends have had a unit for years and have never had any complaints!
