Extra Storage Blackwood location has been very accommodating in every request. Marcus the Manager has been extremely helpful with answering all my questions when I've had concerns. After two months the rate increased which I wasn't happy with that but Marcus did work with me to have a one time reduction. Highly recommend them.

I had a unit here from 2017 until today. Every little problem I may have had, small but still a concern, they worked with me. Down to even the raises in rent through the years. They kept my rate, basically had me grandfathered in! Today when I told them I was moving out, Marcus made the process so easy, even when I was a day late on paying my rent, he waved it and closed my account!
