Storage unit was clean and in good condition. Reasonably priced, would like to have been prorated a charge for 5 days and not the whole month charge. Otherwise I would recommend

I had some trouble using the self-service kiosk since I’m not very tech-savvy. I called in and was connected with a representative named Kym, who guided me through the entire process step by step. She was patient and made everything easy to understand—like walking me through it as if I were in second grade (in the best way!). Her professionalism and kindness really stood out. Overall, a fantastic experience!
