From my experience at the front desk with Cheryl to my interaction with Valerie this has been a great experience!! May sound odd about a storage unit but I switched from another public storage unit and a lot of my stuff was ruined due to rodents and I had to trash it the gates there were broken never anyone in office to speak to. So this is such an amazing difference for me. Valerie is always on premises cleaning up and very present. The prices are great as well!! Would recommend this to anyone looking for a unit!! I have had a unit at the Cube Smart on Frontage Road in Cherry Hill for years. Whether I've been local or states away, the people at this location have gone above and beyond for me time and time again. Valerie in particular, has helped me from the start (I hope I've remembered your name correctly!) I don't think I've come across many people who come close to her level of customer service. If whoever is reading this is shopping around for a place to keep their stuff safe, you'll sleep easy if you decide on this location.

Had several locations to choose from. Found one fairly close with the options I was looking for. I made a reservation online, so sign up was easy and everything was ready for me when I got to the office. Cheryl was very pleasant and even called me later to make sure I found the unit and was able to get in and out as described. Very pleased with my experience.

BUYER BEWARE!! They don't give a refund for time not used....at least that's what the chatbox told me. SAVE YOUR MONEY and SAVE YOURSELF A HUGE HEADACHE. GO ELSEWHERE to store your things. Can't believe we did everything right by the rules - even swept and cleaned out our tiny unit for the next person. Used only 4-5 days into the new month and BOOM, was charged the entire month. Won't catch me ever again using Cube Smart.
