Clean and affordable need I say more? We came here after we lost our house in a fire, the staff have done so much for us from helping with rate increases to answering hundreds of our questions. They certainly keep busy and I've only ever seen smiles on their faces. The manager Nick is polite, helpful and has a sense of urgency which is rare these days. As a District Manager of a well known chain this is exactly what I look for when promoting or hiring someone. I would recommend Extra Space Storage to a friend or relative.

I love this place! My husband and I needed a place for our goods since we are senior citizens now and they only give you a small amount of space to keep things at the senior center. Nick the manager is delightful. He goes out of his way to help customers and he runs out to the car to get the check when we bring it by to make a payment because he knows its tough for us to get in and out of the car at our age. Nick is so kind, he keeps the facility clean and he always treats everybody with respect. Its hard to find someone who loves what they do the way Nick does. We always joke that we are lucky Nick isn't selling cars or we would be out of money! The facility is excellent but without Nick were afraid it would go downhill. 10/10 Stars Nick!

Ever since Andrew left and the new management took over, this place has gone downhill. Always extremely dirty and half the time i walk in it is freezing cold so definitely not 24/7 climate controlled. Bathroom is digusting and never any soap. In my pictures there are piles of trash sitting for almost a week. They have an entire 10×10 unit with cleaning supplies but never clean. Do better extra space dover.

This facility is absolutely fantastic, and quite frankly, it’s laughable that anyone would try to speak poorly of it or the staff. Its a shame people attempt to target an employee who can only do so much. Compared to the other options in the area, which are honestly quite disgusting, this place is a true diamond in the rough. Nick is always kind, helpful, and goes above and beyond, quietly cleaning up after countless people and from what I see he does it all by himself. Bravo, Nick, for keeping everything running smoothly and making this facility such a standout!

I've had a fantastic experience with Extra Space Storage in Dover, and a huge part of that is due to the manager, Nick. He is truly excellent at his job and goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth and positive experience for customers. For example, when I was first looking for a unit, Nick took the time to understand my specific needs and helped me find the perfect size unit, saving me money and ensuring I didn't overpay for space I didn't need. He was patient and answered all of my questions with a friendly and knowledgeable demeanor. Nick's commitment to customer service doesn't stop there. He's always on top of things, whether it's following up to make sure everything is going well or proactively offering assistance. I've seen him help other tenants with their move-in process and he always has a smile on his face. Beyond the exceptional staff, the facility itself is top-notch. It's always immaculately clean, well-lit, and feels very secure. I also found the pricing to be very affordable and competitive, especially given the high quality of the facility and the outstanding service. The entire staff is friendly and helpful, but Nick truly sets the standard for excellent customer service. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of storage. You won't be disappointed!
