Be careful of this location, no one is on site of this site for any assistance. No one is answering calls when you need assistance. I've called multiple times to get a call back hours later. I havent even moved into this unit and ended up going with another storage facility because there was a lock on my unit. I had already moved into the other unit by the time i got a call back on an inquiry of why i called. I canceled my unit even did the leave my unit thing with the 2 pictures and im STILL asked to pay. After I spoke with a rep who tried to get me to stay TWICE now im still getting emails and calls to pay for a unit Im no longer in. They make the site impossible to navigate not have anything to show you where to go to leave the unit, but sure as hell show you how to pay. I cant even find the leave unit area anymore. Im not paying for something im not using. EDIT: So managed to find the move out portal turns out its not where your account is its on the GoStoreIt site not the snap box one. To answer my question YEP because I was never released from the system(also never received confirmation email/call of my move out if it did or didn't go through) I'm billed $275 so I cant move out even though I already did the move out process. Stay away from this storage facility. IN REPLY TO THE BUSINESS OWNER, I've called 4 times and get the same person who just reassures me that I will be taken care of. I've been "expedited" to a higher up who will take my case. I'm not going to call in again because it will go back to the same "we'll call you back" it wasn't fixed when I called to have it fixed the first time after telling the guy I wasn't interested anymore and that I need removed from the system AFTER doing the whole move out prompt you also probably cant find me in your system if you're using my username from google instead of my real my real name. But i can tell you I still have an account, still under the same unit shown in the pictures. The same pictures I used when I initially "moved out" and now a bill for $275 for the month. Things like this is why it's important to have at least one representative be on location even if it's a day or 2 for like 4 hours. SOMETHING that can get handled in-person and not handed off to an AI system to be called back hours or days later when you need assistance now.
I have a outside unit, after the last few snow storms NOTHING is plowed or shoveled , just screw the ones that have outside units huh? This is pathetic , there is no way to get to my unit door with all the snow build up and piles! I'm not shoveling to get into my unit , you must be crazy! I will not be paying my storage until this is all cleared up nor will I be getting charged late fee! I have been calling the past week and get a call back with multiple different bullshit stories! Miss Caitlyn is never at the office , which ir ridiculous, she comes whenever she feels like it. A while ago something happened with my gate code, it wasn't working, I was up to date with my payment , I kept asking her what's going on, she gave multiple stories , I kept calling up to complain, then all of a sudden it worked, she does alot of her own lil things on that computer, she asked me not to call the call center and complain for nothing gets done, after that I will not stop calling and complaining about anything! There needs to be a new so called property manager at this Hamilton location, idk how she still is still working here ? There also is no main number to call over her except the call center, unprofessional and ridiculous! She gives out her own gate code also when there's issues with the gate, crazy her code works while others don't? The gates are always broken and stuck open while anyone can come in and out , everytime I complain it's a different story! The prices keep going up to deal with all this bullshit!? Get new people working here , more then just 1, this has been nothing but a joke the whole time I been at this location!
Predatory for long-term storage. After they get you into the lockers, they begin increasing your rate every month. I’ve been on long-term deployment and hopefully we’ll be able to get back there next week and make a plan to get out. Do your research upfront I didn’t. Good luck, trying to reach a person in the office. The answering service has canned responsesand no authority.
The units are clean and the area is always safe and secured. My climate control unit was a blessing because I moved in the month of July and it was near 100 degrees the entire month.
