Melissa VitaleOh my gosh, compass storage was my savior yesterday. I had rented a unit online with a nearby storage unit provider, and when I arrived with my furniture, the gate code wouldn’t open, there was no one in the office, and the customer service number would not be reached. So what does one do when you’ve got a rented pick up full of furniture, and a deadline to return the car? Go to Compass. Phil in the office was an absolute dream and what was at the time an hour long nightmare was resolved in minutes. If you need a storage solution in Hunterdon County, save yourself the headache, and just go to compass. They are truly the best.

Horrible facility. Would never recommend anyone d them to anyone. Raised our rate over $70 more a month without any notification. And the funny thing to I was on the phone with them in person a week prior to rate change and never said a word. Stand clear of them
Dan FullerMediocre at best, over priced and fails to care for the safety and wellbeing of there customers. For the price per month at the very least you shouldn’t have to worry about getting stung by a wasp or hornet that has a nest directly above the door.
