Very good initial sign up. No problems there. Definitely need to adjust electrical door sensitivity. Door needs to be open for 3 minutes, not just close immediately. Same thing w the garage door.

I’d love to give a major shout out to Karen, the manager of the Holmdel location. She went well above and beyond in her customer service efforts. My wife and I have been having a terrible moving experience so far until we met Karen. She demonstrated tremendous empathy and understanding, she was extremely helpful and has turned a tough situation into something more pleasant. Thanks again Karen for all your attention to detail!

Rude female manager had the audacity to call me at my home and accuse me of trespassing days after I literally met with her. She assumed I trespassed when I called and got a young man and asked about mold in the areas because it smells like mildew. She forgot and didn't check before calling me. Even the day we met with her she was a bit full of herself and in a rush.
