The ladies at this Prime Storage location were top notch. They went out the way to give us options that would work for our needs and allowed us the freedom to ask as many questions as needed to make our decision. The process with Janelle at this Rockaway location was informative and smooth and the customer service was exceptional. It is very clean and organized on the grounds which is always a plus for me. Would highly recommend working with Janelle for anyone looking for a storage facility that goes above and beyond with handling your belongings and making you feel valued!
