i had a solid experience with Camrine about 2 weeks ago. i’m not from the area and she made the process of getting a storage unit easy and quick. she made sure to thoroughly explain the rates of my unit. very helpful and will definitely be using this location for my needs.
This place has the worst management ever. I've been a customer for over five years. A year ago, when it was Extra Space, as soon as it snowed, they would clean and prepare everything for vehicles to be removed. Now they don't clear the snow, and it stays there for weeks. The snow stopped yesterday morning, and tonight I still can't get my vehicle to work. This is ridiculous. After the company Extra Space passed to Public Store management, things have been terrible. The price doubled, and within a year they increased it by 30%. They also charge a fee for access after 9 PM, and when it snows, they don't clear the area immediately. My car has been stuck for two days. I went to question the manager, and she was incredibly rude to me, yelling that she didn't know when they would come to clear the snow. Last time, they removed the snow from the street, blocking cars and garages as well. I had to shovel it myself. This is a terrible disrespect to the customer.
Ever since Public Storage took over this location, customer service has declined! Extra-space was the best, and Don was great and very missed. Here, no one ever picks up the phone or returns calls back within a decent time. I have tried to reach someone on numerous occasions and left messages for a return call and they do not. Currently locked out of my unit because they are doing updates and they have not synced everyones codes to the new door box. I also called in regards to a charge I wanted to understand and they said they would reach back out once they found out. Never received a call. Its night and day between the customer service with extrapsace and public storage. If there is an extraspace near you go with them. I cant wait to be done here.
I normally don’t write negative reviews I only like to highlight the great businesses that i visit but this time I have to. Since public storage took over the Lindenwold location its been a living nightmare. I have been here for years renting out a unit but definitely heading out of this place. No one is ever at the office even though the office hours says its open. Customer service number is the worst no option to speak to someone unless you go to sales as a new renter. There’s so many other ridiculous things i can say but you get it. Just now there was an older lady with a walker looking for help and trying to access her storage but couldn’t since there’s never someone at the office. I felt bad since she is like 80+ yrs old. She was slowly walking around the whole unit. Public storage please do better by your customers. They deserve better!
