Extra MICE Storage - unit 3003 WARNING! I lost ALL of my upholstered furniture that was expertly shrink wrapped to a MOUSE INFESTATION. Worse I spent $4,800 storing it and Extra Space Storage will not refund me. All in I’ve lost almost $20,000. I’m devastated. District managers and corporate practices are horrible. On site management tried to be helpful, but were silenced. See you court, unfortunately.

The worst place they give you no help after the guy literally asked me to give them a five-star review I went and gave them one but when it was time for me to need some type of help or what are my options since I paid them $264 just 3 days ago and paying that amount every month on time I have a friend who has the same size storage and does not pay that amount Ridiculous !and I don't need the storage for the whole month that I was moving out by myself if there was a way I could use the rest of the money to help clean the storage out all the kept saying is reverting back to what I signed on the lease. I'll be calling the supervisor or the higher-ups because it's easy to ask for a five-star review and when the customer needs help or options they act like they can't help you so here's your review. Don't do nothing but sit in an office all day doing literally nothing.I literally told the girl I was moving by this week.My mistake was paying the whole fee in cash.I will NEVER rent from extra space storage again.Terrible experience!
