Wow, customer service at it's very best. My wife and I just left the North Brunswick location. We've been shopping around storage units. Trying land on location, affordability and appropriate amount of space. Long story short, we found it here. Most importantly however was the phenomenal customer service. We walked in and met Curtis Deloatch. He was very personable and professional. He presented the best options based on our needs, showed us options and we landed on the exactly on the unit we wanted. He went over the paperwork/contract thoroughly in a clear manner. The process was very fast. We were in and out in probably 20-25min. I'm GenX guy and customer service (customer is always right) type of thinking is the way I grew up. I felt well taken care of. I hope the local or regional leadership of this company sees this review. I will certainly recommend.

Curtis was very friendly , helpful, knowledgeable and honest and went the extra mile to ensure we understood the process of renting along with any sales going on that’s going to help us save but retain our unit long term as happy customers, he explained everything thoroughly. It was absolutely an amazing experience! I absolutely loved the customer service that Curtis gave us. Out of all the storage places I have visited and encountered, this one definitely is the absolute best one. I highly recommend getting a unit here if you need one. I especially recommend speaking with Curtis, he will guide you and accommodate you the best way possible! He answered all of our questions and concerns and even gave us advice on the best way to go about with certain things. This man for sure deserves a raise and big recognition by the company!!
