Do not under any circumstances leave your belongings here unless you couldn’t care less about them!!!!! We had our belongings for our first home stored here for less then a year and this (photos below) are what we returned to. When I tell you this was a complete infestation of rodents, not one or two who crept in. Obviously pests can infiltrate these spaces but this is an extreme case - clearly showing negligence by the management to keep up with control and protect people’s belongings. Whatever they claim their policy on pest control to be, let this be a warning that they are likely doing the bare minimum at this facility. We had mostly unopened gifts from our wedding registry and furniture stored here and all of the furniture was destroyed. We had our mattresses and rug in protected bags but they were destroyed regardless. Our couch, rugs, mattresses, desk, all covered in urine and feces. No compensation for the thousands of dollars we lost in furniture and monthly payments. We were told that the only way we would have received compensation if we had paid even more monthly for the insurance coverage. Regardless whatever we would have received in compensation would have been less then if we had just thrown our items away in the move rather than store them at this facility. To top it off- three days after we discovered this disaster we received a letter that they were raising the price of the unit. Even more money monthly to have our belongings completely ruined! We spent the day sanitizing whatever we could salvage and moving our belongings to a more trusted facility (and cheaper). I suggest you research and save yourself the headache by going with another facility.
