I just rented a storage unit again from Extra Space Storage @ 777 Rt 37 W in Toms River NJ. I have rented from them before but this time when I went into the office I was greeted by 2 of the nicest people that I’ve ever dealt with. They were so friendly and helpful when I asked them a few questions they took care of my concerns regarding my lock and made sure that I had a unit on the first floor since I am disabled because I couldn’t tell when I was online trying to book the unit. They assured me that it was definitely on the bottom floor. Anyway it was a much different experience than when I rented a unit in the past. Their office is nice and clean. The website was easy to use. And I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who needs a storage unit. Oh!! And one more thing, I got the BEST price here from anywhere else around in this area! Good deal! Great service! (The pictures are showing the roll up doors, easy peezy!!!)

I called the 800 line, they were very nice on the phone, but couldn't answer all my questions. Within a half hour of my original call, the location I was inquiring about contacted me directly. Both Ace and Fran couldn't be any nicer on the phone. They answered all my questions. I ended up renting one of there units. The unit and the whole facility was very well kept. This Extra Space storage facility has perfectly fit my needs. The facility is always clean and organized. The manager, Ace, has consistently gone above and beyond to be accommodating to my changing needs for storage space. I rent a 10'x15' unit, as well as a parking spot for my trailer. She is friendly, helpful, and always available to answer a question. Give her a call if you ever need storage in the Toms River area.
