Down-sized and up-sized a few times and Gina always makes it easy by helping me choose the right storage unit for ease of transfer and for my budget! The grounds and units are always clean. Omg, I cannot say enough GREAT things about this storage facility. I am downsizing and thus I need to store some belongings, so I stopped in today to get all the details on a storage unit. The person who greeted me and helped me was Gina, and she is nothing short of incredible! Super nice, totally informative, and patient. I own several companies and so I know how vital great customer service is. Gina is AMAZING! There are a lot of storage company options, yet knowing that someone like Gina is in charge of this place makes me want to go here and nowhere else. Oh, and did I mention the actual facilities are spotless, the prices are great, and so I’m looking forward to getting my storage space in the next couple weeks when I move. Please thank Gina for me!

I used Extra Space Storage in Toms River for several years, Gina was fabulous, there was always someone available or returning my call the next day if it was after hours, my items were in the same condition as when i put them in, after several years in storage. They have carts to help you move things in and out, a locked gate with 24/7 access, and everything was very CLEAN. recommend 100% with no reservations. if i could give them 10 stars i would. Great experience.

For the past 5 years , Gina at Extra Space has provided EXCELLENT customer service. She always makes the time to answer questions, help with selecting appropriate storage unit, or obtaining the right packing materials. This is a clean, safe, affordable storage facility with available hand carts, large elevators and well lit hallways. Highly recommended.

Gina was great. Very friendly and helpful. Even went out of her way to bring me some carts to the third floor. A very pleasant experience in a normally lass than pleasant atmosphere.
