Had a fellow named Steve help us today with a Unit that belonged to my brother who passed away on 11/25/25. He was so helpful on the phone he advised us of all documentation he would need to process transfer of Unit via their legal dept. We brought him all the documents and paid up on the Unit. We are waiting on a reply from them. In the meantime, I opened my own 1st ever Unit based on his kindness and the set up of this facility that has an area free from the weather ie…rain to unload or load. Steve made a difficult time in our lives so comforting for us. I would highly recommend the Toms River Batchelor Ave facility. Thank you Steve for all your knowledge and kindness. The Knutsen Family

I'm back!! I have to say this is probably the sixth storage unit I have rented from extra space, not just at this location in the past 10 years. The site manager Kevin made this extremely easy for me. Everything was done online. I am set up to move in on Friday. Absolutely fantastic in everything was easy. I am definitely looking forward to moving in to this facility because it is state of the art and I've stored with extra space before so I know what I'm getting and I'm getting a great value for my money.
