Been here for just about 2 years, roughly. Came in for a 10x10 for if I recall 199, whatever. I am currently up to 421 for the same 10x10. Their website shows a 10x10 for 84 online deal regular 144. As stated Im at 421 a month. Make that make sense. At this point I feel I should be living there. Great customer service, good prices to start, then they suck you dry. There is cheaper and same quality out there. Look for it, not here. UPDATE: After speaking with the manager, they explained its a corp thing and he could have worked with me. My bags were already packed, if I do need a place in the future, I will be speaking to Extar Space. Thanks Manager D.
