Needed a place to store household goods not being used. Access their app easily. Able to reserve a spot until I knew exactly what I needed. Was contacted immediately to answer any questions. I booked it online to get a reduced rate. Received an email with further instructions. Carts available to move items easily. If I had one recommendation it would be for signage to be able to easily find the location on the units. Spent a lot of time walking up and down aisles until I found mine. But after that the pic was inside as expected and I was able to easily get in and out. Thanks!!

Its pretty cool with the exception that their prices are pretty high. I've been there 3 years They have raised my rent at least 3 times without notifying me. But it's very clean and quiet. I find it so annoying that they don't have trash cans placed for our use!! Give me a break. This is a storage place. I also think the lighting could be better. Actually they could rate #1 for sure if they would upgrade. And it wouldn't hurt if each unit had a light inside. After all they are open at night!!! WTH??

I recently had the pleasure of working with Vanessa over at ExtraSpace Storage in Albuquerque, and I’ve got to say, she turned what could have been a hassle into a breeze. She didn’t just help me rent a parking space for my truck and trailer, she basically did it at lightning speed, even though I showed up right before closing time on a Saturday. Honestly, it felt like I threw her a curveball and she just knocked it out of the park. So, hats off to Vanessa for her super helpful attitude and for making the whole thing a great experience. It’s always nice to see someone go the extra mile Thanks a ton!

The experience was great at this location. The site was very clean and my unit was the same. When I arrived to the location I was greeted with smiles and top notch professionalism. As long as the site and service remain the same, I will keep using this location for my storage needs.
