🏆 3.6.26 Update: I wanted to move out of my unit and get a diff. sized one but also have it close by so it would be a easy transition. I've already worked with the two nice men in the past. They were so accommodating with the move-out date and move in time and advice, suggestions. We did not plan on stopping there this past Saturday late afternoon. I had a bright idea and dialed their number, even though I thought the employees were off of work by then. But, no! Devon picked up the phone and helped me through the process. It was some of the Best customer service I've ever gotten. Was able to do everything so quickly. I'm a little bit of a neat freak so I brought my dustpan and started sweeping the new unit. Until I looked down and there wasn't a Single piece of debris in the dustpan. Not even a tiny little dust ball. It was 100% disinfected and cleaned. I had to upload pics due to the fact I spent a good amount of time sweeping Nothing! I didn't even look down to realize that it was already immaculate. THANK YOU AGAIN to the nice people that work here. Making my life so much easier. The nice people that work here especially, WILL have been extremely helpful and sincere. They are persistent and work very hard to make sure you're happy. I am very content with their service and I am happy with my unit (which I've had for over 15 months). It is very quiet, feels very safe and it is always extremely clean. And if you ever need anything or have any concerns, Will is there.for you. He always calls back or texts or sends an email. 🏆 Thank You.for your INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I highly recommend this place for storage. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! KARIN ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Multiple units broken into on the night of 2/4/26. Our units lock was cut, our stuff ransacked and approximately $6k worth of stuff was stolen less than two weeks after moving in. Extra Space will direct you to file an insurance claim and absolve themselves of all responsibility. Recommend you get your own insurance that covers full replacement cost, their provided insurance only covers assessed value which means they’ll only give you the depreciated value of your belongings. Included pictures of our unit before and after the break in.
