Signing up online was simple and straightforward and facility staff made the move in process quick and painless. 6 months later now that we've cleared out, calling in to terminate was likewise simple, and customer service was friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

I shopped around to see the best rate for the size and proximity of what I needed. It turned out that it was Extra Space Storage. I received an incredible rate online(I advise anyone who wants the.best rate to go online.) When I arrived at the facility I was greeted by Faith. She was a very pleasant and informed employee. She was able to answer all the questions that we had about the storage unit we were looking at. She was able to show us a few storage units so we could compare the square footage. I can not say enough about Faith. She was very kind and patient with my grandson(toddler.) If everyone is like Faith then we should continue to stay with Extra Space Storage. Thank you Faith!

I’m storing my business materials here and the staff is always very friendly. They truly care about the facility and do their best to address all their customers needs. I always see one of the staff the on the property addressing cleaning from items left behind from other tenants. Would definitely recommend.

Trey was the most helpful, friendliest, & absolute pleasure of being assisted by. Literally had no issues & helped my sister & I look at units because we have anxiety. It was our first time renting a unit & Trey made it a nice experience with his kindness & attention.

Wow! Is all I can say! Today I went to extra space because I was in need of storing some items and was helped by Amanda, she was flawless At explaining the ins and outs of renting with extra space! Unsure of what type of unit would fit best for me she helped me by taking me to two different units to show me the difference! She was very patient and extremely helpful. The hospitality that was provided by her is one of a kind and feel Great about the choice of choosing extra space Storage as my storage facility.
