Very disappointed with this storage, when I went to take possession of my unit I found a dead rat and really dirty the storage with rat’s poop, a really unhealthy place to store my baby's things, the worst thing is that when you are going to kindly complain so that the contract is resolved since it is a very dirty place, they refuse to make the return or change your unit and tell you to make the claim with your bank, really very disappointed with their service. Update: As Prime Storage responded to my review, I called the phone they provided and the girl who answered me told me that she could not do anything and could only transfer my call to the store, which seems absurd to me because in the same store they clean their hands and tell me to complain to my bank, they should take their customers' complaints more seriously, this company is not serious.

Very upset that I have excessiverodent feces in my unit. Had a great experience with Siobhan in the office she was very helpful. This company needs to do something about this rodent infestation. A claim is not good enough

Prime is the best public storage that i have never used in the last 5 years. The staff is amazing especially Siobahn the bay shore branch manager, she is very professional.
