The access to the building facility was easy. However; The second floor was not quickly accessible. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s very cold inside, so that wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t a plus. I believe security should be also be hired for safety. On another positive note, the online process was easy.

They have recently started charging me $279 per month from $230, starting Oct 2022. I had lost my job at the end of Oct, partially due to my age (64) and that I have symptoms from multiple cancer operations - perfect timing! So in order for me to get a better rate I'll need to move out and start as new renter there or somewhere else. Been at Bay Shore for 4 1/2 years (and 7 - 10 years at a different location) testing my loyalty by jacking up the monthly rate ($185 - $279/ month increase).Can't be loyal for too much longer,I'll go broke!

Called from ad off internet. Spoke with 1st person who told us to go to office next day and they would show us unit. The store never heard of 1st person. Wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t show any unit. Wanted to Reserved unit. Asked for specific building wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t do. Said they have a lot of our size. On 3 rd day paid for unit and young man at counter was very nice and walked me to the unit so I could see. Said there were no openings in any of buildings and did not have any other units available contrary to 2 Nd fellow who said they had a lot of units. If this sounds confusing it was. On plus side decent price and appears safe.
