Started with a promotional rate of $160 a month. 2 months later it jumped up to 280. Now 2 years later they want 366 for a 10 by 10 room. I moved my stuff here out of the city because I thought the rate would be cheaper. Anthony who works at the briarcliff Manor location is very nice guy. But nice doesn't help me save money. And it's not nice when the company all of a sudden jumps the rate by 100 bucks. Now my stuff is 25 miles away from my house and the rates keep going up. So much for me trying to save money by leaving U-Haul for these guys.

Aaliyah was helpful, kind, knowledgeable and she took her time with us at the Briarcliff Manor location. She showed us the units and we liked that the units were all metal inside because it made the units look clean.

Aaliyah was fantastic. She showed me the unit and discussed all the terms with me, guided me through the insurance and the lease and answered every question that I had. She also helped a bunch of other customers and was just as professional with them. I highly recommend her.

Horrible storage! Rented 20×10 space, went there, my reserved number 68 was locked and 10×10 size! Are you kidding me?? Roads around the storage all icy! You can easily fall and break your bones! These guys collecting thousands of dollars every month and don't even put salt to the roads?? Big red flag and health hazard! You can get sued if anything happens to one of the clients! I cancelled my account and walked out!

Great location, neat, clean and modern, with easy access. The manager, Aaliyah, was fantastic, super knowledgeable and totally customer focused.
