Extra Space Storage offers a really decent storage space, conveniently located near my destination. It’s clean and spacious enough to fit everything I brought to the storage unit with more room to spare. To be completely transparent, I initially had no idea how to navigate the space. However, Jason, one of the employees, was extremely helpful. Jason took my information, confirmed that I had the app downloaded for my convenience, gave me the keys to my unit, walked me there, and showed me on how to open/close the unit properly. Essentially all of the employees were helpful, because if I had any issues and saw an employee nearby, they were willing to assist any way they could. I walked away from the experience with all the information I needed, and felt confident in navigating it on my own when it came time for it. I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage if you’re in need of a unit that is climate controlled and easy to navigate, with helpful employees who are available to answer any of your questions and/or concerns without any hassles.

This place is such a scam. DON’T RENT HERE. I had my belongings stored here for almost a year, when I found rodent poop all over the unit. I didn’t have any food there either. It smelled awful, and when I tried to contact them about it, no one would respond to me. I stopped paying with the hopes that they would reach out to me and offer some kind of discount. They did no such thing. Brandon was rude and forceful, demanding the money and making up a new story every time we were on the phone. Finally I had no choice but to leave or pay all their fines, and they wouldn’t give me any cleaner despite it being toxic. And now I can’t rent from another Extra Space Storage unit, which I tried to do. Switching to Manhattan Mini, and they are so much nicer and more accommodating. Prices better too.
