Not a great experience i rented the unit online the woman o spoke to explained the free truck and driver and said she will send me the email to schedule it. That went smooth here comes the day I rented another haul to.move some things today. I get to the facility all gates were closed couldn't get in I was outside for a long time not one was in office to help me and im in a time crunch now to get my things moved in before closing and return my haul was not able to get my things in now I have to spend over $200 to keep haul cause the haul office is closed tomorrow. Cubesmart need.to reimburse me for this whyngive and option to rent online and then get there and one one to show you the space and get the lock I paid extremely unprofessional. I then call the 800 number and they said an email was sent to me with the gate code. How am I supposed to know this like I've ever rented from them before the rep I spoke to didn't explain this when I did the online rental

I dont know about the other employees at CubeSmart @ 2887 Atlantic Ave, but Chris and Konnie are the best! I got there a little later than I thought and they gave me extra time to unload my items into my unit. So far these two employees made me feel like I made the right decision in using this facility for my storage needs.

I’ve paid for a service at this CubeSmart location and been treated with disrespect, delay, and what felt like targeted discrimination. I called ahead and confirmed I would arrive at 6:00 PM. When I arrived on time, I was denied entry with no sensible explanation — while another customer was allowed in after hours. The difference in how I was treated was obvious and hurtful. The staff escalated the situation by calling the police on me instead of simply resolving the access issue. The police did not arrive, and after a long, humiliating wait I was finally allowed in only once a manager was involved. I spent hours waiting and had to travel from Long Island because I was told in-person was required, even though payments and access could have been handled online. Now they are threatening to charge me extra days for time I could not access my own unit — fees caused by their mismanagement. To make matters worse, another customer threatened me in front of staff while employees did nothing to intervene. I left feeling unsafe, singled out, and deeply disrespected. This is the third time I’ve had to make an unnecessary trip because of this location’s incompetence. I felt discriminated against and intimidated by how I was treated. No one should be made to wait for hours, threatened, or made to feel unsafe while trying to access their paid service. I’m posting this so others can make an informed choice. Corporate needs to investigate this location’s policies, staff training, and the behavior that turned a simple access issue into harassment and discrimination.

Brian helped me so much I almost bought another unit for all my things. He was so helpful and kind that my family said they would bring their stuff here. Definitely will recommend. Connie I love youuu.

The staff are nice. The facility had no heat on a 30 degree day. It felt colder inside than outside. Not sure if that's what's meant by temperature controlled
