Alister and Sapphire are the best and most professional facility management staff I’ve worked with in the NYC area. I’ve been here using this facility for over 2 years now, and they’ve been more than accommodating and helpful the whole way through. On top of that StorQuest is a very reasonable company to work with. Their district manager Abby is lovely, and has helped me out on a number of circumstances and situations after hours. I highly recommend using their services for personal to business! 5 Stars all around.

Since Manhattan Mini has taken over Storquest at 155 King st, it has kind of been a head ache to get online. The staff went above and beyond for a couple of days going back and forth to help me get the issue situated. I greatly appreciate Carmen for dealing with me through it all and the constant repeated phone calls lol and the IT for awesomely fixing the issue. Thank you again
