Would give zero stars if I could. Old owners at Storage R Us were fabulous, so caring and amazing customer service! Storquest is HORRIFIC!!! I have been a customer for over 13 years and they have raised my rent OVER $2,400 in 6 months!!!

A little pricey , but the customer service is top notch . I received help from the supervisor Abby who was understanding and accommodating , she was willing to help me even though I was moving out . And would have helped me either way . Very good staff .

Renting a unit can be a bit overwhelming when it’s your first time and you’re unsure of what to do. Glen was the most helpful, kind and accommodating person. I am thankful for his superb customer service and the unit was worth every cent!

This place is fantastic. Glenn is the man in charge and he is very accommodating and willing to help anyway he can to get your personal things into a storage unit at a low cost. They are very reasonably priced and I believe they’re still running a special for the first month free check it out!

I just rented a unit in the Center Moriches facility today with the help of Glen! I walked in today with a little trepidation and walked out with a unit and confidence in my choice of facilities. Glen was the reason for this shift in my mood! He was completely upfront and transparent about the whole process, answered all of my questions, even questions I didn't know i had! Now, I can focus on the new chapter in my life knowing that my stuff will be stored securely while I transition. Thank you Glen and StorQuest!
