This review is specifically for ExtraSpace storage on Jericho Turnpike in Northport. First of all James the person who helped us is an expert at making you feel like you’re making the right choice. He wasn’t pushy. He was informative, friendly and professional. On the day that we moved in he walked us to our unit and gave us all the pointers on how to get in and out of the building. I recommend this space for storage in the area. The pricing seems reasonable as long as you watch out for price increases after your contract ends and again James is a rockstar and ExtraSpace is lucky to have him represent their brand.

This rating is for the staff at the East Northport location. Very courteous, helpful and professional. Highly recommend. Pleasure to deal with. However, the corporate policy of significantly jacking up the rent after the first month or pre-paid initial period is less than ideal so be prepared.

Visited the facility today to renew/pay for the next six months. I have always been more than satisfied with the cleanliness and security of my unit. But my main satisfaction comes from my interaction with your manager James. He is always patient and professional when answering my questions (which sometimes is many!). When I leave there I feel confident that my “stuff” is at the right place. I think James is an excellent representative of the Extra Space brand!

The service at that storage place was really top notch. They made everything super easy and were really helpful. I'd totally recommend them if you need some extra space. It was a great experience. You won't be disappointed!
