Felicia is hands down the best manager I’ve dealt with at a storage facility. I came in to claim an auction I won and she made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free. She was professional, organized, and genuinely kind. You can tell she actually cares about her job and the people she’s helping. That kind of attitude is rare. If every facility had a manager like Felicia, the industry would be on another level. She deserves recognition. Absolute 5-star experience.
