This facility has easy access and is very clean, HOWEVER, I have had nothing but problems with getting locked out of my unit. Nobody returns calls or emails. They initially blamed the agency they were using but supposedly they changed and I’m still having issues. All along I thought I was on auto pay, They say I have to go online and change it back to auto pay, but there is no way to do that on their website. Then I call the Help number and they say that I need to Talk to a property manager to change it to auto pay and nobody will return my calls. I have left multiple messages and emails. They fined me for paying late, however they never sent me a bill and did not notify me that I was no longer on auto pay. They never sent me a bill! Then one day they said that I am late with my payment and literally locked me out the next day. They also billed me for not having insurance, however, I did have it and asked to be reimbursed and nobody has responded to my messages. (Btw, there is nowhere to upload proof on the website). The website is terrible. They have a helpline, but nobody on the helpline can actually help you. I’m am beyond frustrated. I only gave it two stars because it is a new facility.

A very clean facility, and customer service is excellent. The office has different hours but phone help is only a call away, and is very helpful. Management is very helpful, and the facility is very clean. Rates aren’t bad, my only issue is the location. It’s a little far from my house! I definitely recommend.

I have stored most of my belongings with Exit 16 Self Storage for several years. They have kept everything safe and sound. I cannot say enough about the thoughtful service they have provided. They are exceptionally professional and considerate. The facilities are immaculate. It is comforting to know that my family heirlooms are well looked after.
